Unlike traditional school photography, families receive access to a private online gallery featuring multiple professionally edited images of their child. This allows parents to select the portraits they love most rather than being limited to a single photo.This allows parents to select the portraits they love most while giving them the flexibility to purchase additional images if desired.

How Picture Day Works
1. Schedule Your Picture Day
We'll select a date that works best for your center and discuss any specific needs for your school.
2. Parent Ordering & Preparation
I provide a custom picture day advertisement that your center can distribute in whatever way works best for your families, whether that's printed flyers, email, ParentSquare, or another parent communication platform.
Parents simply scan the QR code on the advertisement to view package options and place their order. Online payments can be made through Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. Cash payments are also accepted on picture day.
3. Picture Day
Children are photographed in a fun, relaxed environment designed to capture genuine smiles and personality while keeping the process smooth and efficient for both staff and families.
4. Private Online Galleries
After images are professionally edited, each child receives a private, password-protected online gallery featuring multiple images to choose from.
Families select their favorite image(s) based on their purchased package and may also purchase additional digital images if desired.
5. Image Delivery
On average, galleries are edited and ready for viewing within two weeks of picture day.
Once parents make their selections, digital images are immediately available for download. Print orders are professionally processed and delivered back to the school, typically within two weeks or less.
